Herpes infection
What should be applied to Herpes infected area (outbreak) on upper back for early cure and for reducing inflammation? I applied ice and cold water on the herpes infected area and using Herpex 5 cream, Virovir 250 tablet, Neurobin Forte tablet as prescribed by doctor. Today I have been told by a relative that ice/cold water should not be applied on Herpes outbreak. Is it true?

Yes please avoid applying ice etc. You can apply medicated aloevera gel and Sofinox cream. The resolution depends on your immune system response.
