Here is my report for typhoid test.
I went to clinic after 3 rd of my fever. Wasn't sure what had happen. So I went to a doctor and here is my test result for typhoid. Do I have typhoid or not.

Just day 3 of fever, it's too early for a widal test to be positive.
Other common causes for fever like common viral fever, Dengue fever, malaria, urinary tract infection,any bacterial infection has to be ruled out first.
If fever is associated with any other symptoms like cold, cough, ear ache, pain abdomen, loose motions, vomiting, joint pains etc has to be ruled out too.
As far as your query, your report is negative for typhoid fever.
