She has previously diagnosed pcos, now she developed hepatomegaly. Her symptoms include frequent indigestion, vomiting and lose stool, especially after taking spicy or rich food. Also there is loss of appetite, nausea frequently. How to manage this situation effectively so that she can control it and her loss of appetite and indigestion get cured? Please advise because she is getting weaker day by day. I am attaching her USG report.
