Hello, such a shirt description of the condition, you have not told about stage, if the carcinoma, when was it diagnosed, had he taken any chemo or any other modality treatment, the above said complaints are part and parcel of any cancer (not just hepatocellular), and can occur after chemotherapy the radiation too, but can not be cured but only supportive care can be given. , please visit a oncologist for supportive measures
