It should be given within 1st 24 hours if missed then it should be given at 6 weeks with other vaccine. No need to worry much fo missing the dose if mother is hepatitis B negative. There is no age limit for Hepatitis B vaccine. It can be given at govt centres like Anganwadi, PHC, UHC, etc... Or at private Pediatric clinic.
