I have received hep b first dose I did not get any side effects for first dose but when I received my second dose I got itching of hands and lip swelling is that serious??

If it subsides on its own in 2-3 days then it is not to be worried about. Vaccinations are known to cause minor skin irritation. If it gets severe consult the doctor who provided vaccination.

apply coconut oil to the areas of irritation. it will sooth your skin. do not scratch as far as possible. gently rub the area using cotton cloth. don't scratch with nails.
