Piles is a disease where your veins get dilated and protrude out of the anus. From whatever you are explaining, I can understand that you are having bloody stools which is different from piles. Start taking syrup still if you are having same symptoms, you need to undergo endoscopy or colonoscopy. But once I want to look at what are the medications you are placed on. That being said I would be happy to assist you for any further queries in practo.
Next Steps
wait for 3 to 4 days and still you are having same symptoms. need to undergo the said procedures.

Hello, Post op constipation will be present . Syp duphalac is for loosening of stool. May be you have applied too much pressure for passing stool causing abrasion due to stool impaction. So i suggest you take stool loosening medication and liquid diet. If still blood from stool persist you have to consult a medical gastroenterologist.
Next Steps
Take liquid diet and atool softener
Health Tips
Dont apply pressure for passing stool
