My external hemorrhoids are swelled and became very big and fat now, is Diosmin 300mg tablet help in this condition or make it worse? as i read here diosmin make vein more DILATE, so hemorrhoids are already problem of dilated veins so can diosmin make problem worse or helps? if helps then in what dosage it should be taken

Hello....... A diet rich in high-fiber foods and with few processed foods. Eat mostly vegetables, fruit, nuts, and whole grains to avoid constipation...For large internal hemorrhoids or extremely uncomfortable external hemorrhoids, your doctor may want to do a traditional hemorrhoidectomy to remove them, or a newer technique using staples...Consult general surgeon.
