It looks like your Immunity status is low and thats what is predisposing you to these infections. Repeated Infections lead to Anaemia of Chronic disease. You should get a Thyroid Evaluation and complete blood count. Till then you can take an Iron based tonic
Next Steps
Get CBC with Peripheral Smear and Thyroid function test.
