I saw blood in my sperm during ejaculation.
It happened twice in last 1 week.

Do a urine complete examination, urine culture, ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and pelvis, and transrectal ultrasound to look for any abnormalities in prostate and seminal vesicles. urine examination for TB also required. if you All these tests are to be done if you have persistent blood in the semen. Most often the condition settles after few episodes. Frequent ejaculation helps in treatment of the condition. It's worth it to take Levofloxacin 750mg tablets once a day for 2 weeks if the blood occurs in all the times in semen
