I stopped smoking 1 month before and now I have Antral erosive gastritis and duodenitis confirmed via endoscopy Completed 14days of medicine nexpro hp kit Now taking medicine of nexpro 40mg for 14 days But I still have very mild discomfort in left, right and middle area of chest and below ribs is that normal ECG is normal Chest xray is normal Thyroid test is normal Blood test is normal Cholesterol is normal BP is normal

After stopping smoking it takes upto three months to get back to normal. Apart from that, u need lifestyle modifications like timely meals, plenty of fruits and vegetables, plenty of oral fluids 3-4L/day, avoid all addictions.
