Do your LFT as it can damage liver badly as you are taking unnecessarily .Paracetamol is not taken for sleep.
Kindly consult a general physician and get proper evaluation and take medication on prescription

Yes, regular use of paracetamol for more than 10-15 days without doctor's prescription may be harmful. Kindly see a doctor for insomina.
