Help regarding counseling psychiatrist
My bro is a bright student, got IIT admission but ended up studying in JNTU. But in the process of getting IIT he had gone into terrible stress, which eventually after 2 years led him into severe depression. He tried to kill himself but he couldn't. After realizing his condition, i gave him counseling which helped him for a while but later his situation became worse. He gone into hyper state, and became hyper active for a month. He used to eat more, talk more, work more, without sleep, started fainting whenever we scolded him to be normal. we approached  a psychiatrist, took medication. It took 5months to became normal though he couldn't finish his engineering without suffering. Later he joined M.Sc physics(his interest)in a good University. After being completely normal for 1year,He is facing the problem again. We don't know the reason, assumed it was studies pressure, approached the same doctor took medication for a month still not helping. i request you to help solve this situation.
