Help me understand what wrong with me
From past 1 and half month was having muscle spasms and suddenly I started feeling depressed. I went to the doctor and he told me I have low vitamin, calcium and hemoglobin. I have started with medication. The muscles spams has gone and the tingling sensation also on the face and hand has disappeared. But I suddenly feel afraid and my breath becomes short. I start fearing something will happen to me and I can't control my emotions then for sometime. I am really worried what is happening to me?
