Sir i am 22 year boy and i did mastrubution 3 times a day for minimum 4 years and now i am totally avoided the mastrubution but i am also doing mastrubution 1 time for 15 days and the problem is my pennis is going to small day by day and my urine pressure is also very low and it's color is full yellow please sir tell me and i am also facing very much hair fall and hair color is going to half gray and half white
