I was sucking my boyfriend’s penis and I accidentally squeezed/ almost bit his penis while he was ejaculating and now his penis is hurting/burning and he said that it was like some of the cum shot back up. Is he going to be ok? Did I make him infertile or damage him?

It's called retrograde ejaculation and it happens sometimes. However if there's burning and pain he should consult a doctor to rule out if there's any infection or injury. All this should not cause any harm to his fertility and he'll be normal once the injury and infection is taken care of.
