I can understand your concern.
Proper diet and exercise are the only way you can burn fat.
Eat less calories and burn more than what you eat thats how fat metabolism will occur.
There is no particular way to burn fat from particular areas of the body but it will reduce over all.
Consult a dietician for a proper diet chart and hit the gym.
