My daughter had dark circles under her eyes and she is applying rose water in night under eyes and wash it in the morning. Since it has passed three weeks , can you please tell me will it work, or she should apply drool in the morning because l have heard that morning drool is very effective.

There are simple remedies that help but drool is not something that is suggested as there is always a chance of developing irritant dermatitis or skin dryness.
Depending on the age, if she is less than 35 years of age, you can try aloe vera gels, hyaluronic acid serum followed by Vaseline petroleum jelly (works well), caffeine products and many more.
If she is more than 35 years of age, go for a retinol product as the dark circles could be thinning skin.
