Helicobacter pylori and and syomach burn

Asked for Female, 28 Years

If I have completed my antibiotic course for h pylori on 6th of june, is it normal to get stomach burn on 7th of june? Does it mean my infection is still there? I still have stomach ulcers though.

Antibiotics are for infection which needs to be taken for 7days Antacid medications like Pantaprazole will have to be continued for minimum 20-30days And most important Dietary precautions has to be maintained

avoid oily/spicy & sour food have meals every 2hourly
