Sir,I was declared unfit for IAF,airman for over weight.My age ,height & weight are 18yrs,158cm & 58 kg respectively.Can you kindly say what is my ideal weight according to my height.

Hi, yes according to IAF you are little bit overweight  around 3 kg. Secondly according to them , average height of male should be 165cm. If you need any other information,please contact us directly
