I am 14, 4 ft 10(148cm) and weigh 77 pounds(35kg). I have my period when I was 12. I grew 12 cm from 10-12 years old and 5cm from 12-13. However, I stopped growing from 13-14. My mother is 5 ft 2 (157cm) and my father is 5 ft 8 (172cm). How tall will I be? Will I still grow taller? Are there any ways for me to grow taller? How come I stopped growing when I was 13-14? So will I still grow this year or 15,16?

Hello,
Height is majorly genetic and there is little you can do about it.Few points you can work on is joining exercises like swimming, gymnastic, cycling and having a healthy balanced diet. You can contact me at apekshapt.in for the customised diet plan.
You can still try to increase your height for a couple of more years.Do pull ups, bicycling n swimming... whichever is possible... everyday.
Take a calcium and protein rich diet.
