Height phobia
Hi, I'm aged about 24 and I'm really afraid of heights, even normal heights. Even after climbing 3-4 floors in a normal buliding I cannot dare to see down because of the fear. Is it some sort of problem? Is it normal? And the worst part is I cannot even see such thing virtually. My friend shares bungee jumping insta reels with me and most of the time I don't even open it, that's how bad I fear of height. Even now I came across Kalavatin durg and Harihar fort and I could not even watch the YouTube video of the same. When it comes to height I somehow fear even if it's virtual. Is this normal? People enjoy heights and I fear a fall. At times when I even imagine of heights I kind of tremble for a second.

Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. It looks like there is a subconscious story of fear of heights that’s gotten triggered. We will have to create a safe space and open this story of fear of heights and then release the emotions of fear from your system. Once the fear is released in the trance you will not experience it for real because the subconscious triggered is healed. Any external trigger will not matter until the internal is healed. You’re brave. Stay

Acrophobia is a mental health condition in which the individual experiences an intense fear of heights. It’s a type of anxiety disorder. A person with acrophobia experiences intense fear and anxiety when they think of tall heights or are positioned at a significant height. They often avoid situations or places that involve heights. A certain amount of concern around heights is normal for all people, and most people are more cautious than usual when they are at a significant height. Most of us may feel uneasy or a bit shaky if we look down from a tall height, such as from a bridge. But people with acrophobia experience intense and unreasonable fear when they’re faced with heights, including everyday tasks such as climbing a flight of stairs, standing near a balcony, or parking a car in a multiple-floor parking garage. Like other phobias, acrophobia can affect anyone at any age. Specific phobias, like acrophobia, are more likely to develop in children and become apparent in adolescents and young adults. Females are more likely to develop specific phobias.
