Height increase
I'm 5'1" and a female. I had previously asked if there's any way to increase the height. A doctor replied saying I should have Ashwagandha pak but didn't tell me the dosage . Is there any other alternative or is ashwagandha actually beneficial?

With your age your height will probably not increase.
