Height growth stopped at the age of 14 and the reason can be over weight and calcium deficiency as I was suffering from both of them. I want to know any ayurvedic medicine that helps in height growth without any side effects.

Yes you can take praval pisti 10 gm moti pisti 5gm sankh bhasm10 gm kukuandak twak bhasm 10 gm satvya giloya 20gm all mix and make 60 dose take a dose twice a day with honey

The doctor has suggested a good medicine.
You can add a few drops of melted ghee along with honey.
If you dont get those medicines, you can start tab madhumalini vasanta 1tab twice or thrice daily after food.
