I am 18 years old and just 5.3ft tall.i have trued various exercise and sports to increase my height but it didnt worked.and i think that my lower body part(legs) are small comparably ,are there any ways to increase them

Is everyone is ur family short or is it only u? Why don't u try cycling with the seat raised higher than ur legs can reach. And u still hv 3 yrs to increase ur height as males have till 21 yrs of age to increase in height
