Height growth is dependent on age, sex, family history, genetics, nutritional habits and exercise. Considering your age you have little scope to improve but still if you give attention to healthy protein rich diet and exercise, yoga it may improve.
Practice standing tadasana, parvatasana, vrikhasana and warrior pose daily. Sun salutation( suryanamaskar) 3-9 times daily will help. Start with 3 repetitions and improve gradually! Best wishes.
At this age it will not be possible. You can do Halasan and Tadasan as these yoga postures stimulates glands responsible for height growth.
