Be physically active. Do yoga. N weight lifting exercises. Pushups n squatts. Take high protien n fat rich diet.eat 2 banana/ 2 boil eggs daily in morning wth milk. Can consult gyno for examination for pubertal growth n hormones if needed.take good diet n join gym under trainer
