Hello there.
I can understand your concern. The sound which you are having is called tinnitus.
The cause of it needs to be identified.
It can only be done by examining you and running some tests, you need to consult a ENT specialist in the person for further evaluation and management. Chewing some gum will ease your heaviness of the ear.
