Heavy vaginal bleeding

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife is going through a heavy bleeding from last 1 and a half day. Her periods were over 4-5 days before that. we had a regular intercourse 3 days back. This sudden heavy bleeding and occasional pain in lower stomach is causing problem. please advice us.
