Heavy pain in neck and back part of body

I've been having pain in my back since 1 1/2 day and its not at all reducing.... and a little stomach pain..it usually comes before eating my food or after .. do my stomach has some problem

Hi..Pain in the lower back radiating from the stomach related to food can be due to gastritis..or in simple terms acidity...where exactly is the pain located in the stomach..centre or towards the sides?Any history of vomiting or loose stools?How are your food habits?
