I feel so much heavy on my brain.. sometimes headache.. but this affects my thinking ability and am not able to take load on my brain.. no pain but feel like my brain muscles are stressed and tired.. stress and anxiety is more in life n job.. not able focus properly.

Adequate sleep,physical exercises, Yoga(breathing exercises) and other lifestyle changes will help in a long way.If not helpful then need to see a neurologist.
