Heavy head and giddiness

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Since last few days, the back of my head feels very heavy and I feel giddiness throughout the day. When I wake up in the morning, I feel fine but as the day progresses, I feel worse. My BP is normal and I am on medication of Amdepin 5 mg per day.
