Heavy feeling in head

Asked for Female, 34 Years

It started about an hour ago. My head feels heavy all of a sudden and drops to one side. My eyes start rolling back into my head and my head just drops. My chin and up the side of the left side of my face feels numb and my left arm feels weird. My chest also feels tight. Every now and then the out side of my eyes start going dark. Like I'm slowly blacking out but I don't. My speech feels slurred and laboured when it happens. My right arm throbs close to my elbow.
