Heavy drinker..need immediate help

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hello My 32 year old brother is a heavy drinker. From last 3-4 days he didn't eat anything and continues drinking. My parents are financially not very strong. Please suggest some free hospital or any type of help. We r living in delhi. Your help can save someone life. Please help.
