Heavy dandruff
I am having a heavy dandruff issue . Its dry scalp to oily scalp. Dry dandruff. Sometimes the scalp is itchy. I do use oil but only once in a week or maximum twice and wash it after 45 min to 1 hr. I am not using any kind of dandruff shampoo recently. Please suggest which shampoo and oil I should use? How many times I sould apply in a week? Is there anything I used include in my diet as well?
