Repeated only night time cough with wheezing with high grade fever could b due2 postnatal drip of bacterial or viral origin with HRAD followed by vomiting.Cough with wheezing without fever only at night time could b due to allergy to mosquito repellent or due gastroesophageal reflux needs thorough evaluation

Hello..... It could be upper or lower respiratory tract infection ... 103 is high grade fever ,you must take him to pediatrician ...usually children vomits in severe cough. Blood examination has to done... It could viral, bacterial or allergic coughing.... Complete examination is required....
