Heavy breathing and vaginal problem
I am right right now 24 weeks pregnant.. i m facing two problems. One is heavy heartbeat or heaviness at night times and second one is i am having vaginal pain.. i have gestational diabeties.. i dont have infection in urine as well as BV ... got tested both reports are nomal.. I am on medication for gestational diabties ..using glycomet 500 mg twice a day and ecosprin 150 mg at night.. plus calcium and levogen tablet.. I m worried abt both the problems.. my doctor said both symptoms are common.. but i doubt that i m having bp issues.. only at nights i m facing heaviness in heart or fast heart beats .. pls provide me some advise on this..

Usually heart beat increases by 10.. Blood volume increases..  Respiratory rate also increases.  So don't worry.  Maintain ur blood sugar. Follow proper meal plan. Regular check up..  Echo done?
