Heavy blood during periods

Hi I have heavy blood flow during the periods, in 2 nd 3 rd day I have to change pad in 2-3 hours. What should I go for that. I don't want to take medicines.

Get done ultrasonography to know the pathology of uterus.Also get done TSH and serum prolactin level.With reports meet to gynaecologist and start to take medicine.Chances of infection is also there.
