Heavy Bleeding with clots since four dys

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 6weeks pregnant with intrauterine gestation sac near located close to endocervical canal. But no feral pole and cardiac activities seen yet! Doc says there is only 50% chances or might have had partial Miss carriage cos am bleeding heavily with clots. What should I do? Should I wait for two weeks to let the baby grow or go for abortion by med?
