Heavy bleeding

I've missed my period for 4 months after my boyfriend fingered me but i bled while he did it. Now 4 months later I had sex and lost my virginity there was heavy bleeding and Im Still bledding though it was about 4 hours ago we did it. The bleeding is very heavy and clumps of blood is coming out. What can I do to stop the bleeding? What is the problem?
