Heavy bleeding. I visit a gynaecologist?

I bled a lot for 8 hrs when my hymen broke 4 adult diapers were full of blood by hb came down to 8.3 and then I got a seizure may be due to sudden drop in bp.im not epileptic and taking meds for depression since 4 yrs. I didn't go to a doctor. Also my periods were fine since 4 months but now when I again had a sexual intercourse. I feel pain when my guy pushes it deep in...should I visit a gynaecologist?? Also my hymen broke during our 4 th intercourse when he actually banged it inside me , before that it wasn't really fully inside me.. I don't know whether everything is normal. I also have very late orgasms (30 mins which can be because of my antidepressants) when I stimulate my clitoris it's too tiring but I never had a vaginal orgasm though I have 4 sexual intercourses after the bleeding episode.. It occurred was 4 months ago
