Heavy bleeding

Asked for Female, 43 Years

I am 43 yr never married female. For the past 2 months I am having heaving bleeding . First I was advised autrin tablets. Then next month when the bleeding continued for 15 days I was prescribed overall-l. Now when the course got over of 21 days I started bleeding again from the 3rd day. I have been told to take overall-l from the fifth day again. Pls suggest me something as my bleeding is very heavy.

After oral contraceptive pill first cycle will be heavier.Again start the same medicine for 21 days without gap.Also continue the iron tablet.Take more green vegetables and fruits.Vitamin C and protein is also compulsory for absorption of iron.
