Heavy bledding during periods

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am suffering from lot of periods issue. During periods for first 2 days there is heavy bleeding which leads to weakness. Also, I suffer from pain in lower abdomen during periods. Even period cycle is of 21 days. I got periods 5/7 days prior to period date

If you always have had pain during your periods and also you feel that the flow is heavy as well as you have short cycles, there can be a lot of reasons for this .... most common being fibroid uterus, endometriosis ,,ovarian cyst , thyroid disorder etc
