Back pain is common during pregnancy as the size of the baby keeps increasing. Try to maintain a good posture while pregnancy(there are a few changes in posture and restriction of movement to be followed while pregnant). The stomach pain if it is persistent I would advise you to visit her treating obstetrician so that she can be evaluated and treated accordingly. Kindly don't give any medications as most medications will be contraindicated in her condition.
