Heavy and painful breasts and no period.
I was due to see my period 27th last month but it never came, I've been breaking out, and having sore, tender and painful feeling in my breasts for about 5weeks now.

This is cyclical breast myalgia.. It's due to hormonal imbalance.. Depends on history we can access as follows.. If there is pregnancy also there vl b pain in breast due hormonal imbalance.. If so do urine pregnancy test.
If not ,once you get your menses everything vl subside
