Heaviness in upper abdomen

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am feeling heaviness in upper abdomen from last two weeks and no other symptoms. On doctor's recommendation i undergo ultrasound and blood test whose reports I have attached alongwith. Please let me know why I am feeling heaviness and how much time will it take to recover. Is this any serious problem?

Watch out for the symptom of pain in upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, regurgitation. Aggravation of symptoms after meals. If none of these are present take the course of antibiotics prescribed.
