Heaviness in stomach
Hi, for the past 2-3 weeks I've been feeling really heavy on my stomach after having breakfast. I usually have my breakfast at 10:30 and is mostly dosa or idly,sometimes bread. An hour after breakfast I start feeling really heavy on my stomach and cannot eat anything after that. It feels really uncomfortable and restless. I take a sachet of ENO before dinner to ease things but it does not solve the purpose everytime. Does this have anything to do with weak digestion? If yes how to overcome this problem? If no what is the reason for this problem and how to overcome this?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Cap. Dipep thrice a day after food for 3 days. Have five smaller meals instead of stuffing yourself thrice a day. Drink plenty of fluids. Reduce weight. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. Best regards.
