Hello , The lump in the throat maybe due to upper respiratory airway inflammation due to COVID ! The chest tightness maybe due to general anxiety associated due to the disease or it may be the lungs getting involved in its lower airways ! Also COVID causes thrombus or in layman’s language clots in the micro circulation ! To rule out anything serious you can get an ECG done if the symptoms persist ! If it doesn’t escalate kindly do not panic and have the medications you have been prescribed !
Next Steps
ECG if symptoms persist , online consultation with a specialist physician !
