Hi, I have Slight fever. Coughing some times. Feel heaviness in chest. Slightly increased breathing. Got blood and urine test report attached. Please suggest best course of action. Thanks. Regards, M Sami Ansari.

you have symptoms of URTI your report suggest infection You should start Antibiotics antacid antipyretics wth analgesic Multivitamin and Cough expectorant
