Heavily congested Chest
I have heavily congested chest, and cannot cough at all because whole chest hurts and My chest is wheezing ( Like a lions roar) every time i exhale.This happend because i ran for 5 minutes first time after almost 3 months.I have been smoker in the past but has been a year since i quit.please help

This is Eia(exercise induced asthma) you do a spirometry. If it shows reversibility of 12 ,o/o 0r more it is indicative of asthma You need ICS+laba inhalation twice daily over proloñged period(foracort 0r budamate).and before any exertion duolin should be inhaled.
